With a blend of 90% Sangiovese and 10% other red and white grapes, Capricci captures the essence of traditional winemaking techniques. Each grape is hand-harvested with meticulous bunch selection from the Mandorlaie locality, ensuring only the finest fruit finds its way into the wine. Fermented at a controlled temperature with skin maceration, the wine ages gracefully for 12 months in stainless steel vats, followed by a delicate embrace of French Oak barrels for 9 months, and finally, 3 months in the bottle.
